Return Policy

At Bamboo Sheets and More we do our best to take good care of our customers. We will always address quality issues in a way that is satisfactory to our customers. Within reason, there is no time limit on quality.

If a bamboo sheet set or other luxury item does not match a customers home décor or expectations, it can always be exchanged as long as it has not been removed from its original packaging. All of our items are very personal in nature and cannot be returned once removed from original packaging.
